frostwire musicHow do i transfer my frostwire music to itunes?

I just got a 1st generation ipod touch, and my frostwire music won't transfer over to my itunes library. Instead it has a "shared" playlist that i cannot drag over or do anything with. Please tell me how to fix this problem or tell me a different place to download my music other then frofrostwire musicstwire. Thanks!
Try beemp3.com or yu can either drag the songs or if you can't go to music/frostwire folder Nd they should be there

1.) Go tofrostwire music My Documents
2.) Click on Frostwire
3.) Click on Saved
4.) Right click on the selected songs you would like
5.) Click open with iTunes
6.)ENJOY!(:

Put it into a folder in widows and then right click and open with then I tunes
