I downloaded and installed the latest video drivers available for me from the dell drivers website. I ran the setup and restarted. When I go into "system information&qudell video driversot;, the computer still says that the old drivers are still installed...why? Thanks!
depending on your video card thats integrated you do not have to use the drivers from dedell video driversll. Nvidia drivers can be downloaded from www.nvidia.com and AMD/ATI can be downloaded @ www.amd.com
For generic integrated graphics you must get them from dell.com
