Im looking for a FREE software,that is easy to use where i can soften the picture.i dont want anything to complicated,just someting simple and gets the job done,the pics im using are gonna be face shots from a regualr nikon s3000 digital camera.i just want some pics to be a lfree photoshop softwareittle photoshopped.Thanks :-)
try using the Gimp image editor it's free you can get it here
as it's free you haven't got anything to lose, give it a try if you don't like it you can always un-install it
