Music is art. You are legitimately stealing from these artist by doing100 totally free music downloads this. Don't buy the album from iTunes, don't download it from Limewire or wherever else you might go, just go to your local music store and buy the hard copy.

Sorry... haha... I would recommend Limewire. Contrary to popular belief, it is completely safe if you use it wisely. Make sure you keep your firewall up while using it (it will make it go slower, but barely). Also, make sure you choose "Audio" when looking for mp3s, and don't EVER download any .exe files. Also, if you roll over the file, make sure the track length and stuff come up, to further prove its legitimacy. Oh, and th100 totally free music downloadse file sizes typically range between 2,000-7,000 MB. Anything substantially higher and lower than that is likely a fake.
Finally, if you search Title: man in the box Artist: alice in chains, make sure you don't download files like:
man box alice chains
or
man box alice chains sexxy
or
man box alice chains high quality
...
You get the point. Find a file like
Man in the Box- Alice in Chains. Usually proper capitalization and spelling is another indication of legitimacy, though sometimes good files have grammatical errors. Go with your gut.
And, yes, P2P is illegal, but the chances of you getting caught is slim to none.
