If this bug is defoliating your lily plants, it could be the "lily leaf beetle" which islady bugs without spots a bug specific to the lily plant. Bad, bad. Try this link for pics and info:

If the eggs are yellowish and rather elongated, kinda like a wierd fungus, then your llady bugs without spotsittle bugs are probably ladybugs, regardless of the fact they are spotless.
